What is the difference from Personal and Commercial?
A Personal license would be for a website that makes no money. A Commercial license would be for a website that makes money, like a hosting company website.

If i purchase one license how many copys can i run?
You can only run one copy of the portal per license.

After i purchase how long tell i can download?
If you purchase using PayPal you will receive a email with download instructions in about 1-20 minutes. If you purchase using the Credit Card option it may take up to 24 hours to receive the download information.

How do i download mods and skins after purchase?
First make sure you are registered. Then fill out the form here to upgrade your forum account. Then you get access to the Download section.

How do i get support if i need it?
Each license comes with email Support. The extent of our support covers resolving our software related issues only and does NOT include hardware setup, web server configuration, server related malfunctions, installing libraries or modules, moving servers problems, servers crash, servers or operating system upgrades, and customizations. We provide prompt and incisive answers to questions regarding our software current features problems, installation issues, proper configuration. Support is offered through Email only. No phone support is currently provided.
